WATCH: Owner Cried for Justice for his Dog Who is poisoned by his Neighbor

This video of Marley the poor dog who was poisoned was spreading in the internet.

Marley was filmed while he was vomiting to its dead.

The dog's owner, Everly Mijares, shared her experiences with Marley and she insisted that Marley was indeed a good dog. It never brought any harm to other people. In fact, other people could touch and play with him. But its kindness lead him to death.

A man named Gil Palomar was the suspect for the incident. He filled the bread with Racumin, a rat poison and gave it to the dog. And this is what made Marley vomit to death.

Source : facebook katarunganparakaymarleyMijares immediately brought her dog to the vet to see if they could save Marley's life. The vet even gave an antidote to the dog. This is the only way to help the dog. However, the antidote did not took effect and  Marley died.

Before the poisoning, PAWS (The Philippine Animal Welfare Society, Inc., already gave a warning to Gil Palomar.

A subpoena was released for the suspect, Gil Palomar last July 22, 2014
