A 14-year-old third year high school student died in an allegedly accident while taking selfie.

It was reported that inside the school premises, a student fell off the 3rd floor stairs while taking her picture last Monday.

However, according to the relatives of the victim, they received conflicting reports about the death of the student.

According to the victim's uncle, he first received a call from the the student's adviser, saying that after feeling dizzy,the victim was rushed to the hospital. But when he arrived, his niece was already dead.

It was insisted by the family of the victim that it may not have been due to the accident.

The victim's mother is asking witnesses to shed light on what really happened.

It was revealed from an autopsy that the student had an injury at the back of her head and sustained broken bones. It was also discovered that the victim's rib pierced through her kidney.

The Department of Education and school administration have yet to issue a statement on the incident
