A husband named "Abraham" led an operation with the authorities to entrap his wife "Mika".

He was suspecting his wife for a long time that she has been cheating. That is the reason why he hired a private investigator.

Mika could not face her husband and she is covering her face when the police came to the motel in Pasig and caught her red handed.

The wife is now facing the charges of Adultery and her lover is charged of Concubinage.

According to the Revised Penal Code, adultery is committed by the wife and her paramour.

If the husband wants to file an adultery case against his wife, he must also charge the lover. He could not file charges with the lover alone.

The maximum penalty for adultery is 6 (six)  years of imprisonment while for concubinage is four years and one day.
