Julia Vins proves to the world that she was more than a pretty face.

This 18 year old Russian girl is one of the strongest woman in the world. She was engaged in power-lifting.

The beautiful girl was from the city of Engels, Russia and was born in May 21, 1996.

At first she only wanted to be stronger, to gain confidence and to be able to protect herself so she decided to go to the gym and work out without any programs.

She did not know that she will be attached to power-lifting. The opportunity came sometime in 2012, she grabbed that chance.

She started going to gym in her new school but the coach was only available in power-lifting and kettle-ball lifting. She did not worry about what other people would say because it was hard to please everyone. She just decided to go with what she wants and followed her dream.
