Sleeping is one way to ease all the stress in every people's lives. It is a natural way of taking a break from all the bad and good things that happened within the day. 

But not all people are given the chance to have a nice time to sleep. Most people are having difficulties in sleeping

A video had been making rounds in the social media sites. It is providing the techniques on how a person could possibly sleep within just 60 seconds. 

The steps are as follows: 


1. Exhale completely through the mouth, making a whoosh sound. 

2. Inhale quietly through nose and count up to four

3. Hold breath and count up to 7 

4. Exhale completely through the mouth, making a whoosh sound and count to eight. 

5. Repeat the cycle two to four times

These steps would really help a lot of people, especially those who are suffering under sleep disorders. This would give them a higher tendency of having a good sleep whenever they needed to.
