It is okay to be engaged with online games whether it is on PC or Mobile, but you just need to set your limitations and not let your life revolve around it.
Unfortunately a young man named Paolo had pushed himself to the limits.
Paolo became addicted to the mobile game, Clash Of Clans. It is an interactive strategy game that allows you to compete with other players and protect your base.
His mother works as an OFW in Kuwait. It was for the future of her children. She needed to sacrifice being away just to provide for their family. To be able to send her kids to classes and let them graduate with a degree.
One time, Paolo's mom gave him money to be able to buy a brand new android phone. Excited about the new gadget he said to his mo, "Mom, thanks for the money you sent us. I finally bought an android phone. I can use the internet and chat with you on Facebook. I promise I will study harder!"
Paolo used to be a loving man. He always has time for his mom, girlfriend and his studies. But it all changed when he started to became addicted to COC. Then he stopped studying.
His mother was furious when she found out about the news. She scolded Paolo in the phone. Mad at his mother, Paolo started to take for granted all of her mother's call.
Until one day, his mother's recruitment agency called him to tell the unfortunate news that his mother passed away. She was abused by her employer.
That was when he saw his mother's messages on Facebook asking for help. All of the calls coming from his mother are a desperate call for help and he ignored them all.
There is nothing wrong with playing games as long as you don't let the games hinder your life.
