The man had an interesting souvenir which is a botfly maggot. The insect had to be removed surgically from his head.
After a month, it had to be removed because it was burrowed deep in his scalp.
Once the insect was already big enough to be pulled out, they took the chance. Many people claim that this video is quite disturbing because of the fact that the insect lives inside his head.
The larvae had to be removed using a pair of tweezers from his head.
