This video had gone viral because the guy who posted it wanted to raise the awareness of the public that there are people out there who wanted to do extraordinary things that was not really meant to be done in public places.
The man on the video was reportedly playing with his manhood as there were several other passengers on the jeepney.
It happened in Malolos, Bulacan when this man started to play with his manhood. One of the passengers decided to film him doing it so that the public would know.
