It has been more than 3 months since the daughter Julia Buencamino of the veteran actress Shamaine Buencamino decided to end her life without giving the reasons why.
Now, the mother Shamaine Buencamino finally breaks her silence about the tragic incident that happened to her daughter.

The family of the victim admits that they are now undergoing a 'psychological autopsy'. This is how they realized that Julia Buencamino has a high IQ and EQ which gave her the courage to hide her battle with the invisible war that she had been feeling for more than 3 years.
“I am posting this to encourage her friends, especially the teenagers, please ask for help. Ask for help from your parents! We can not read your minds. But know that as parents we will do everything in our capacity to help and we won’t love you less. It is not just teenage angst!” Julia's mother said.
Experts claim that the battle for depression is not an easy thing for it has to be conquered by yourself.
