In Nevada, a 24-year old Filipina was found lifeless after the authorities believe that she may have locked herself inside the Cryotherapy chamber inside the clinic that she manages.
Chelsea Ake-Salvacion works as a manager of the Rejuvenice salon in Henderson, Nevada. In the clinic, they offer the Cryotherapy, which aims to relieve pain from the body by cold treatment.

It was supposed to be a 3-minute session. But unfortunately, Chelsea has locked herself for more than 10 hours in the chamber with a temperature of negative 240 degree Farenheit.
The investigators said that the incident was a result of an 'operator error'.
The family of Chelsea is still waiting for the results of the pathology report that was done during Chelsea's autopsy.
