Experts claim that other people really have the sudden urges of harassing women in public places. It is a form of a psychological disorder that seeks treatment.
In China, a man was caught in the act of rubbing his private organ to a woman who was wearing a skirt standing on the train as well.
As seen on the video that man did it purposely because the train is not that crowded to get that close to the woman. When she felt that something was not right, she immediately moved away from the insane man.
Even thought the woman was wearing a skirt which may have triggered the man to rub his private organ, this man should have the decency to respect a woman since his mother is a woman as well.
This video should be a lesson to all the women out there to be aware of their surroundings to prevent these predators.
