The netizens got confused after seeing the photos that Kim Chui already wore the gown that Maine Mendoza used in Eat Bulaga's Tamang Panahon last Saturday.
It created a commotion when people claimed that the gown was recycled for her.
To end the issue about the gown that Maine Mendoza used on Eat Bulaga's Tamang Panahon, the Filipino Fashion Designer, Francis Libiran issued his official statement.
The gown was first seen when a fashion show was held at the Edsa Shangri-la where Kim Chui wore the dress as a model for the 'Francis Libiran Metrowear Icon'.
Then the gown was bought by Eat Bulaga Production to be used in the concert for a cause held at the Philippine Arena.
In line with this issue, the Chinita Princess released her opinion regarding this matter. Kim Chui posted on her Twitter account, “no hate please?.a gown is just a gown… its how you make people happy. I think that's more important. happy Sunday everyone!!spreading GV”
