The mother of Pastillas Girl, Angelica Yap passed away after a man shot her from behind directly hitting the back of her head.
After several days, the investigators found out that the man had been closely watching the area for more than two weeks before the incident took place.
One concerned citizen noticed him as he was constantly there, when he was asked what his motive was the suspect said that he was on a mission as a policeman. After that, they never bothered to ask again.
A graphic sketch of the suspect is released by the National Bureau of Investigation.
The family and relatives of Angelica Yap are asking for help in identifying the man and sharing the photo to easily capture the suspect for what he has done.
