The last message and selfie of Jam Sebastian as well as the caption that was created by Jam himself was released on his Official Facebook Account. This was the last status that he made before he passed away on March 4, 2015.

The photo was taken after the tubes were connected to Jam that will eventually helm him survive. After sleeping for a day, he felt weird that there are a lot of tubes that was already connected to him.

He was already doubting the chances that he would eventually win the battle against Cancer but he knew in his heart that he already gave everything that he could and put up a great battle.
