Current DILG secretary Mar Roxas is trending now on social media because of his video assisting motorists during the SONA of President Benigno Aquino III last July 28,2014. There was a heavy traffic along Commonwealth Ave. due to the SONA rally because it was held at the Batasang Pambansa Session Hall of the House of Representatives.
It's like a very early campaign because Roxas shaking hands with the commuters and other people while he is doing his "job" which should be done by traffic enforcers. Because of that event, some people called him EPAL and KSP (Kulang Sa Pansin).
source : thedailypedia.comSuddenly, there's a post on Facebook made by Mr. Carlos Celdran saying that the viral video and photo of Mar Roxas was old and it happened before the 2010 election. He said that people must concentrate on Napoles and to the other pigs in jail.
