The netizens understand why Mayor Herbert slapped the drug dealer

It appears that most of the netizens are in favor of what Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista did with the Chinese Drug Dealer last Friday.

Before the Mayor Herbert slapped the Chinese, a video was caught that the Chinese stuck out his head from the windows of his car and got close enough to the Mayor as if he wants a selfie with Mr. Bautista. During that moment, the Mayor did not know what the Chinese did because he was behind him and he was doing the interview with the media.

Source : gma news youtubeAt first, the Mayor was still smiling but he became serious when he asked the dealer where he got the drugs. Instead of answering, the dealer acted out as if he doesn't understand a thing about what the Mayor is asking him. And that is when Mayor Herbert slapped him.

A day after the incident, Mayor Herbet Bautista made a public apology. He explained that he was not able to control his anger because the dealer disrespected him.
