A boy with hands which are larger than his head is having a hard time with his life. He is suffering from a condition that is not most likely to happen.

Kaleem, 8 years old, living in India has a hand that weighs aroung 8 kilograms and 13 inches in length. This is not an average condition.
He was born with this condition. The moment his mother saw him she knew that there was something wrong because his hands were big and his fingers were long as if it was twice the size of the normal baby.
Kaleem was not yet brought to the hospital because of their status in life. His father is doing his best to provide for the family but it was not enough to bring him to a doctor.
Kaleem's condition is giving him a hard time to perform even the most basic things to do such as eating and drinking. His hand were big that it could not be bent. He could only use his 2 fingers to grab things.
According to Dr. Ratan, Kaleem's condition is a rare case of acromegaly and it would require futher examinations.
