Very Touching video of #MMKLyca that will make you cry

Lyca Gairanod showcased her talent in acting as well. Her debut was shown on the episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya where she portrayed her own life.

The drama anthology also revealed that Lyca's mother Mrs. Maria Nessel, was not in favor of allowing Lyca to join the competition because she is afraid that they might be unfairly judged because of their status in life.

The Voice Kids was introduce to her by her older brother and encourages their parents to let her join.

Lyca's way to the competition was not easy.  A lot of people judged her that she will not make it to the finals. Their neighbors doubt that she could even make it to the auditions. But Lyca knows that she can do it.

There are a lots of ups and downs when she was on the competition. She even had hard time when the songs were in English.

Her mom almost gave up on her and she did not want to make her child feel hopeful because it might lead her to a heart breaking situation if she will not win.

But Lyca proved everyone wrong. She brought home the first ever title for The Voice Kids Grand Champion.
