From the land of North Cotabato, Mindanao Mary Jean Lastimos bravely conquered the stage of Manila as she fought hard to bring pride and honor to her country.

88 wonderful women battling for the crown of Miss Universe tackled the stage showcasing their amazing bodies as well as the elegant evening gowns that was created for them.
MJ Lastimosa with her fierce walk ramped down the stage wearing a stunning white gown which was designed by a Colombian fashion Designer named Alfredo Barraza.
Then she again came out of the stage wearing the spectacular 2 piece pink bikini for the swimsuit competition.
Each time that MJ Lastimosa walks the runway the crowd goes wild supporting for her.

This preliminary round will be the basis of picking the Top 15 that will advance to the Miss Universe that will be held in Florida this coming Sunday.
