Pulled over couple attacked and hit MMDA officer

A couple that was living together was arrested because of hurting the MMDA Traffic Enforcer.
The couple named Edwin Girimbao, 26 and Roselyn Garcia 25 were pulled over by the traffic enforcer along the C-5 Road corner Greenmeadow Avenue in Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City on November 16, 2014.
Their were not abiding the dress code for the people who are riding the motorcycle. They are not allowed to wear shorts and slippers while driving.
The couple got angry with the traffic enforcer and was complaining why they were just the people who got pulled over.
Instead of getting the ticket from the office, the couple started to argue with the officers. Garcia started kicking the MMDA traffic enforcer aggressively. She was not contented with what she did , she then took off her helmet and hit the officer with the helmet.
A concerned citizen took photos of the incident. He was a photographer named Arturo. But when Garcia saw that he was taking the photos she immediately attacked him which made him fall out of balance.
The couple were brought to QCPD Station 12 and they are facing the charges of Physical Injuries and Direct assault.
