Other people really wait for the perfect moment before getting married but not all people can wait that long.
For the 4-year-old Abby Sayles, she knew that she doesn't have enough time to live to be able to get married. She is undergoing treatments because of her leukemia for over a year now. She is currently admitted to the Melodies Center for Child Caner and Blood Disorders at Albany Medical Center.
During Abby's stay at the hospital, she became close to one of the nurses named Matt Hickling, 29.
The 4-year old child proposed to the nurse and he said yes. He wanted her to look back on that special moment. So, a little wedding ceremony was held at the hospital, whereas the nurse and the patient got married.
The people around are confident that this would help the child in her recovery.
