This year the chosen performer for the halftime show is none other than the pop superstar Katy Perry.
She also celebrated the performance by getting a new tattoo done on her finger with the Roman Numerals of XLIX the same season for the Superbowl.
A lot of different props were used during her entire performance.
At first, she entered the stage riding the huge tiger. Then she also had dancing sharks and extravagant fireworks that each represented her songs.
