Emotional Coach Sarah Geronimo chooses Monique Lualhati over Kokoi Baldo on THe Voice PH S2

Coach Sarah bursted into tears when the time came that she had to choose between Monique Lualhati and Kokoi Baldo.

On the live performances of The voice Philippines Season 2, the remaining 3 singers from Team Sarah and Team Lea performed on the stage to fight for their spot to the semi finals.

Team Sarah was composed of Kokoi Baldo, Monique Lua;hat and Jason Dy were the ones who competed for the 2 spots for the semi-finals.

The singers chose a song that would let them show the world what love really is. The song must be a part of Love. It should be about love

Kokoi Baldo performed another reggae song entitled, "Message in a bottle", Monique Lualhati belted out a Mariah Carey song "Butterfly" and Jason Dy hit the high notes of "Kahit Kailan".

All of their performances were amazing but there are only 2 spots left that could advance to the next round. One will be chosen by the people coming from the text votes and the other will be chosen by their Coaches.

Jason Dy was the texter's choice as he gained the highest number of votes. While COach Sarah had a difficult time choosing. Her tears rushed to her face while saying the name of the person that she saved, Monique Lualhati.

Unfortunately, it was the end of the journey of the Reggae Dad, Kokoi Baldo in the competition.
