The producers of the critically acclaimed movie, 'Heneral Luna' confirms that there will be a sequel which features the story of another brave general of the Philippines, Gregorio Del Pilar.
During the thanksgiving party that was held on October 29 to celebrate the 149th birhtday of Heneral Antonio Luna, the confirmation was given by the makers of the film.
The next film will revolve around the story of one of the youngest generals of the Philippines, Gregorio Del Pilar which will be played by Paolo Avelino.
He had a short appearance during the first film as well.
The director of the sequel would be the same one, Jerrold Tarrog.
Also based on the speculations, people claim that there will be a third movie which will be about the first Commonwealth of Manuel Quezon who is also a veteran when it comes to revolution.
