True friendship will be tested in the most difficult moments.
The story of Jan Ray Parayno who is a 21-year old Electrical Engineering Student from Marikina Polytechnic College will surely move you as his friends did an act that he would forever be thankful for.
Jan Ray is currently experiencing a financial problem as his father who works in Saudi Arabia got in an accident and his mother who works as a seamstress to earn a living for the family.
But it was not enough to support them all, Jan Ray was a part of a broken family and just as he was about to finish his studies, he claims that he doesn't have the tuition fee to be able to finish his last semester as an Engineering student.
So his friends decided to chip in to come up with an amount of P1, 665 to pay for their friends tuition so that no one gets left behind.
"Hindi po ako makapagsalita noon… Hindi po ako makakilos. Hindi ako makapaniwala na magsasakripisyo sila. Para sa kanila na, ibinigay pa para sa akin," Jan Ray said.
