VIRAL: Mich and Yexel cries as Jam weakened

Jam's family gets emotional as he is close to the end

Ever since Jam Sebastian was diagnosed with cancer, a lot of people specially his Family, friends, fiance and even his fans were putting effort on him. They do everything to cheer him up and to stay strong.

But because of all the treatments that Jam's body had undergo it gets weaker and weaker.

On a video post on Mikee Agustin's facebook account there showed the Sebastian brothers. Yexel Sebastian was crying as he whisper in Jam's ears while Michelle Liggayu, the fiance of Jam was holding his hands and silently crying.

Mich posted a status before going to the hospital that says:

"Family and friends. Pag pray natin si Jam please.  Please. Hirap na siya huminga. At least manlang magkaron siya ng peace sa heart niya. Lord Kayo na po bahala.  Papunta na kami ngayon ng parents ko sa hospital. Buti kasama ko ngayon parents ko. Pray.Tumawag sakin si Joshua gamit phone ni Jam. Umiiyak. Nakakataranta. Binibilisan na ni dad mag drive ngayon papunta sa hospital. Wala ako sa sarili ko ngayon. Parang panaginip."

Yexel Sebastian posted that Jam is already tired of his battle, he is very weak that he can't even handle the treatments. He just asked everyone to pray for Jam.

It is really heart melting to see the people who really love Jam crying. All they wanted now is for Jam to have peace in his heart.
