This guy sounded like Regine Velasquez when he sang inside a mall. On the booth of Xtreme Magic Sing, he performed the classic hit Tuwing Umuulan which was popularized by the Song Bird.
He is a man but he has the voice of a talented woman. It is really amazing for him to be able to reach the high notes at the end.
Some of the shoppers were shocked when they see that the singer was a man. They would stop to listen to him.

One of the netizens confirmed that this man was named Marvin Ghil Mendoza. He also have other videos uploaded in Youtube. Some people called him "Mr. Songbird".
