VIDEO: Riding in Tandem Robs Female Students Caught on CCTV

Another riding in tandem robbing incident happened recently in broad daylight!

A group of four young female students were seen standing by the street sidewalk, and seems like they were waiting for someone. They were chit-chatting and one of them was texting.

In the video, you can see that a guy in a motorcycle came and suddenly stopped at the corner of the street when he noticed the group of girls. The guy appears to be surveying the area.

Another guy came walking along and the guy in the motorcycle appears to be signalling the guy of their prospect.

They guy walked around the street while the guy in the motorcycle still waited at the corner.

Suddenly, the guy grabbed the girl's phone and when the girl wouldn't let go, she pushed the gir to the side and forcefully got her phone. The guy rode in the motorcycle waiting at the corner and they rushed off to get away immediately.

Meanwhile many angry netizens commented on the video and said that why did the girl did not even notice that they were being watched by these guys. Some netizens are putting the blame on the young girls for chatting without being observant and alert with their surroundings. Should we really blame the victims?

The scenario of these young female students is a perfect prey for these bad guys. Busy girls talking without any idea.The absence of police/security in the area made it a quick and easy job for these two thieves.
