After long years of continuous research, NASA finally confirmed that the planet Mars has liquid water.
It is a major discovery behind the mystery of the dark long streaks that can be seen on the hills of the planet. It was first spotted by a planetary science student named Lujendra Ojha in 2010.
It can only be seen during the dry season in Mars then disappears during the cold season.
The liquid water contains salt water. It is different from what we have here on earth.
This is by far one of the biggest discoveries that NASA found in the history. This only proves that there are still mysteries waiting to be discovered.
