A woman named Elizabeth Miranda puts her life in danger as she willingly crosses 5 rivers and walks 2 hours to reach the young students in Sitio Barogante, Occidental Mindoro.
Without aid she goes through the running waters using only the inflated interiors of tires to avoi getting wet.
After the long hours of travelling, she reached the school of the village, whereas there is only one big classroom to hold the classes of the students. She is the only teacher available for all the different levels of the student.
Miranda should be claimed as a hero for her hard work and dedication in order to share the knowledge that she has to the students.
