VIRAL: A Very Touching Song - How Hard Is It To Be An OFW

As an OFW, no work is difficult. But being away from your family and loved ones is the hardest part of the job.

Jhong Andrada makes a cover of the popular hit, 'Pusong Bato' with his own original lyrics about the life as an OFW with this song entitled, 'Pusong OFW'.

Jhong narrates how difficult it is to be far away from your family. He also told about the sad reality that as an Overseas Filipino Worker, people think you are making lots of cash and treats you like an ATM Machine. What they don't know is your sacrifices to be apart from your loved ones and working extended hours just to have enough money to send to your family, even if there isn't anything left for themselves. They also endure the sadness and pain of being away in a foreign place.

The viral video was shared by Hayop Sa Galing Facebook page and has gone viral after it was posted last May 2013. The video has over 30,000 likes and 68,000 shares as of writing. With over 9,000 comments, many netizens were touched by the video and made them realize the hardships of an OFW.
