Deaf man beaten by Policeman mistakenly

In Oklahoma City, a deaf man was pulled over by The Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers and was beaten when he did not obey the orders of the group.

Pearl Pearson, 64 years old was said to run away from a scene of car accident and was later on pulled over. Despite the fact that there is a sign on his car that says that he is deaf, the troopers didn't get a hint of that as soon as needed.

Pearson said that the troopers already hit him even before he was able to give out his ID. 

His neighbor named Sacia Law said that Pearson was a kind man and that the incident might be a misunderstanding. She even said that if you yell at him behind his car he would not hear you because he's hearing impaired.

This case is currently being reviewed and investigated by higher authorities.
