The Chinese people never fail to surprise the world with their crazy ideas. Another billionaire from China caught the attention of the poeple, but not because of his wealth but for the way he used his money.
The man was named Chen Shan, who is known to be the richest real estate investor in the state of China.
After his video was uploaded, the people managed to make it viral. He showed off how he uses the money to buy expensive cars and pretty ladies.
It turned out that the man's father already passed away, leaving the wealth to himself. But it was not all, he has all the money, but he could no undergo a plastic surgery because of anemia which made his liver and spleen large.
