Meanwhile, the 17-year-old actress reunited with her American mother, Jacqulyn Elizabeth Hanley, whom she had not seen for more than 7 years.
Liza, together with her on-screen partner Enrique Gil, arrived at the San Francisco International Airport for the North America premiere of their film.
Liza and her mother shared a touching and emotional moment at the airport. Both of them were very excited and very emotional after seeing and holding each other again after seven long years.
