A high-profile and controversial lawyer named Raymund Fortun has created an open letter addressed to Senator Grace Poe.
Right from the start, Fortun clarified that he really likes Grace Poe and her plans for this country. He claims that what he didn't like about her is the lack of honesty.
On May 13, 2013, Senator Grace Poe stated in an oath that as of that day, she has been a Filipino resident for 6 years and six months.
Because of her residency, Fortun said that she should be disqualified in the 2016 elections because it is part of the qualifications to have a 10-year residency.
