Anyone does not have any right to make another person suffer regardless if they have committed a mistake or not. Laws are created so that there is penalties and punishment to be given to someone who has made a crime.
But not all people abides the law, some are even brutal enough to make an innocent girl suffer to death.
A 17-year old girl became a victim of ruthless crime. She was beaten, raped and choked to death.

Karen Montebon was a student taking up a degree in the University of San Carlos. She was an innocent first-year college student who was murdered inside their own home at the Corinthian Subdivision in Lapu-Lapu City.
This tragic incident happened when a burglar decided to broke into their house. After her father got home from work, the lifeless body was found hidden under her bed.
