WATCH: Former Rivermaya vocalist dominated The Voice Philippines stage

Former vocalist of Rivermaya, Jason Fernandez dominated the stage of the Voice Philippines Season 2.

Rivermaya was one of the most influential rockband of the Philippines during the 90s. The band has been so iconic that their songs are still being listened to up until now.

Jason used to be the vocalist of the band Rivermaya during the 2007 until 2011. Coach Bambo was also a part of the same band.

He performed a hit song entitled, Huling El Bimbo which was composed by Ely Buendia. It was released in 1995 by the band Eraserheads.

His amazing performance pushed Coach Apl to hit the button and turn his chair at the last second. It was a buzzer beater.

Coach Apl heard a different quality in his voice that made him turn his c
hair.
